Product Manager provides the tool to keep these data organized and to manage them making complex and tedious operations simple.

The application allows to organize products in a logical subdivision and for every product the user can store:

The main data area is customizable with the label the user needs according with his products category and placing the 'Copy' and 'Open url' buttons only near the fields in need of this.

Releases notes
Often products are put on the market with successive incremental releases, each with descriptions of the products.
Any product has a release description list with an unlimited number of release descriptions for any products.
Any release description has a release number and availability of a small description, a medium description, a large description and a 'what's new' text area plus a date, a release string a language and a generic info field
Releases in the list can be ordered clicking the table headers

Press release with automatic email sending
Press releases are an important part of any marketing action regarding your products
Product manager allow to store all the press releases within a different list for each product inside the document.
Any press release has a title, a release string, a date and a generic info field plus the press release body.
Press releases in the table can be ordered clicking the table headers

Automatic sending via Leopard Scripting Bridge using one click only
Press Release can be automatically sent from within Product Manager with just a click, sending to a list of emails controlling mail.app for the purpose using the Leopard Scripting Bridge technology.

If the user prefers, for a better control of the procedure, Product Manager can just prepare automatically all the emails in mail.app without sending them, allowing the user to review and send each one manually.

ToDo List
ToDos are to keep track of action to perform regarding the products
ToDo list has an open (creation) date, a priority level, a close (done) date, an info field a title and a body description.
ToDos in the table can be ordered clicking the table headers
Printable reports can be easly generated and printed

Bug List
Bugs or problems are an important part of the management of your products
You need to keep track of the problems regarding your products and fix them
Probably we are going soon to made optional the term 'bug' because for products not in the information technology field this term is not used
